If you received an offer from us in the mail or are looking to sell your land...
Give us a call, text, email or fill out our form in the "Received Mail from Us" tab to move forward and discuss further.
Contract
After agreement on the best possible offer we will send you a contract to sign.
No hidden fees or surprises at closing. We handle all closing costs, including back taxes. The offer you accept is what you receive.
Close
Once contract is signed we will send the contract over to a local title company or closing attorney to open escrow.
After our own due diligence and title search we will close within 10-15 business days. Then you get paid!
